An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, which has to be made.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days with a reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 48 hours from the date on which you placed the order. Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging.
The Goods should be seal intact, NOT broken.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The Goods which are purchased more than 7 days ago.
The Goods which are not in original packaging.
The Goods which are unsealed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
All refund amounts will be issued as coupons of the same value.
Returning Goods

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Shipping returns
